TRUST IN THE LORD
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean upon your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall make your paths straight. Blessed is the man whose confidence is in the Lord, for he shall not be moved when the storms arise.
Though the mountains depart and the hills be removed, His kindness shall not depart from those who hope in His name. The Lord knows the way of the righteous, and His eyes are upon those who fear Him. Commit your way unto the Lord, and He shall bring it to pass. He is your Shepherd; therefore you shall not want. He leads beside still waters, restores the soul, and guides in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Fear not, for the Lord is with you. Be not dismayed, for He is your God. He will strengthen you, help you, and uphold you with His righteous hand (Isaiah 41:10). When you pass through the waters, He shall be with you, and when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned.
He is a refuge for the oppressed, a strong tower for all who call upon Him, and those who seek Him shall not lack any good thing. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them. He is your shield and exceedingly great reward.
The Lord is your keeper; He neither slumbers nor sleeps. He shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.
Wait upon the Lord and renew your strength. Lift up your eyes, for your redemption draws near. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain you. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart as your desires become His. Those who seek first the kingdom of God shall find that all these things shall be added unto them. The Lord is faithful to all His promises and gracious in all His works.
Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you shall reap if you do not lose heart. Let your light so shine before men that they may glorify your Father in heaven.
Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain. Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, as unto the Lord and not unto men. The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree and shall bring forth fruit even in old age.
Set your mind on things above and not on things of the earth. Seek the things that are eternal, for the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are everlasting. Lay up treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys. Let not your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in His Son.
The Lord is faithful; He will establish you, keep you from evil, and present you faultless before His glory with exceeding joy. Therefore let your heart be steadfast, for the Lord has done great things, and blessed are all who put their trust in Him.
Unto Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
